  2. 1–3 days

    We ship

    Most items ship within 1–3 business days. Supply chain issues may cause further delays.

  3. In transit

    On its way

    We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS, and email your tracking number to the address on your order.

  4. Delivered

    At your door

    Orders over $500 need an adult signature, or an arrangement with your carrier on their website.

One box or two: normally we don't ship until every item in your order is ready. If we expect a delay on one item, we may send items separately at no extra cost to you.

Transit Times by Region

Our primary warehouse is in Pennsylvania. With Economy shipping, allow these business days after your order ships:

East Coast2–4 daysbusiness days in transit
Midwest4–7 daysbusiness days in transit
West Coast6–9 daysbusiness days in transit

Standard Ground typically cuts transit time by 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Average transit times are set by the carrier and can be affected by shipping volume, weather and other factors, so check the carrier's website for any alerts. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

Sales Tax

We fully comply with Pennsylvania law and collect and remit 6% sales tax on all items subject to it. Most "wearing apparel" is exempt in Pennsylvania, but some clothing is taxable:

Fur

Articles made from real, imitation or synthetic fur, "where the fur is more than three times the value of the next most valuable component material."

Formal Wear

Formal day or evening apparel.

Sporting Apparel

Sporting apparel and goods normally worn or used when engaged in sports.
