Show Coats That Fit Well Off the Rack

The Skylar 37.5 Grey Label is our best-selling RJ Classics coat, made with patented 37.5 thermoregulation particles in a fabric with both structure and stretch. The Sloane has a hidden interior zipper so it never gapes, and hidden zip pockets that lie flat.

Most styles come in girls' sizes too, from the Sloane Jr and Skylar Jr to the Harmony Jr, and the Harmony Plus show coat comes in sizes 18W to 24W.

Hunter Shadbellies for Derbies and Classics

The Legacy Lite shadbelly is unconstructed and light, with stretch fabric, back number holes and removable cuffs. The Rhapsody Hunter and the Bailey 37.5 Grey Label round out the range, with junior sizes for young riders.

For the hunt field, the Knight Melton Hunt Coat is cut from Italian Melton wool, and the Aiken and Cheshire hunt vests come in traditional hunt colors.

The Gulf is a natural rise, front zip breech with Clarino knee patches and mesh lower leg panels. The Margot is cut from RJ's sculpting Luxe-Tek fabric with silicone knee patches and a tummy-control front.

For young riders, the Collette Grey Label jodhpurs and Avery Grey Label breeches have the same Clarino knee patches. The Gracie Plus knee patch breech comes in sizes 18W to 24W.

The Brynn 2.0 is RJ's classic short sleeve show shirt, in a silky, cooling fabric with perforation details and a close, athletic fit. The Tori 2.0 is the long sleeve, with junior sizes of both.

Who makes RJ Classics?

R.J. Classics is a family-owned show apparel brand founded in 2000 by Roberta "Bobbie" Weintraub. Her daughters, Michelle and Jennifer, now run the business.

What is 37.5 technology?

A patented thermoregulation technology in some RJ Classics coats and shirts. RJ Classics says it helps your body stay near an optimum core temperature of 37.5 Celsius (99.5 Fahrenheit).

Does RJ Classics make plus sizes?

Yes. RJ Classics added plus-size show coats and breeches to its line: the Harmony Plus show coat and Gracie Plus knee patch breeches come in sizes 18W to 24W.

About the Brand

R.J. Classics: Family-Owned Show Apparel Since 2000

R.J. Classics was founded in 2000 by Roberta "Bobbie" Weintraub, who had worked in her father's menswear company. Her first product was a women's show coat that fit well off the rack.

The line grew to include girls' coats, men's apparel and plus-size coats and breeches, and moved from stiff wool to light performance knits. Bobbie's daughters, Michelle and Jennifer, now run the family business.
