Equinavia, Horze, B Vertigo and Tredstep: who is who
Horze, Equinavia, B Vertigo and Tredstep are four rider brands that Tack of the Day groups as the Equinavia family. Horze is the largest rider line, Equinavia is the family's own brand, and B Vertigo and Tredstep each have a landing page of their own.
Equinavia is the sole US distributor of Horze and launched its own Equinavia brand in 2025. Fred Erik Nilsen brought Horze and B Vertigo to US riders in 2007. Counting styles with stock today, Horze has 288 rider styles, Equinavia 150, Tredstep 93 and B Vertigo 82.

Sizes differ by brand and by category, so read the size chart on the product page before you order. Horze and B Vertigo women's breeches pair EU and US labels: EU 34 is US 22, and every EU step of 2 matches a US step of 2 up to EU 50 (US 38).
Men's breeches pair EU 44 with US 28 up to EU 56 with US 40. Kids' breeches run EU 110 (XXS) to EU 170 (XXL). Tall boots are sized by foot size with calf width and boot height options, and the sizing guide below shows how to measure.

Is Horze the same as Equinavia?
No. Horze and Equinavia are separate brands in one family. Equinavia is the sole US distributor of Horze and also sells its own Equinavia brand, which launched in 2025. Tack of the Day carries both side by side.
