Buying tip:Keep spares on hand. Leg strap liners, carbon rubber pads and conductive gel are the parts you replace most, so order them with your system and it is ready to use when you need it.

What goes with an Arc Equine system: straps, pads, gel and liners

The Arc Equine leg strap is made for the Arc Equine Delivery Unit only, and it works together with the carbon rubber pads and the conductive gel.

Each part has one job, and the catalog lists what it is made to go with, so you can match parts to your unit.

Arc Equine care: which parts to replace and how to look after them

The carbon rubber pads last approximately one year with proper care, so plan to replace them about once a year. Keep spare liners and gel on hand so the system is ready when you need it.

The liners come three to a pack so one can be on the horse, one in the wash and one ready to go. Arc Equine says the antibacterial finish is built into the fibers and lasts up to 100 washes. Charge the Delivery Unit with the Arc Equine charger only: the catalog warns that other chargers can damage the circuitry.

Who Arc Equine parts are for

Arc Equine parts are for owners who already have an Arc Equine unit and want it ready to use.

  • Owners restocking the parts they replace most: pads, gel and liners.
  • Owners who need a spare leg strap so the system fits every leg you work.
  • Owners who travel with the system and want the unit, charger and parts in one bag.
  • Owners who wash liners between uses and want a three-pack so one is always clean.
  • Look elsewhere for the Delivery Unit or the full kit: Tack of the Day carries the parts and accessories listed here.
