This turnout is made with a strong and durable 900D ripstop polyester outer that is waterproof and breathable. It has shine enhancing polyester lining, classic straight front closure, and cross surcingles. It has no insulation, making it great as a rain sheet, or use the liner loops to add extra liners (liners sold separately). It includes a removable neck rug for full coverage.
