The Equnaivia Extended Neck Arktis 100g is a great choice for moderate winter conditions.

This turnout is made of 1200D breathable, waterproof polyester, which means is can handle just about anything your horse can do to it. It has 100g of fill, making it warm enough for the cold, without being too hot. The high neck keeps rain and snow from creeping in at the shoulder, and means you don't have to fuss with taking a neck rug on and off.
