WeatherBeeta Horse Blanket Size Chart: Find Your Size
Measure once, read across the chart, and order the WeatherBeeta blanket size that fits.
Measure your horse from the center of the chest to the end of the rump, then match that length to the WeatherBeeta size chart. WeatherBeeta blankets come in 3-inch steps, so a horse between sizes goes up.
WeatherBeeta horse blanket size chart: inches, feet and cm
WeatherBeeta sizes its horse blankets by body length. The US size on the blanket is that length in inches, so a size 72 blanket is for a horse that measures 72 inches. Find your horse's measurement in any column and read across.

How to measure your horse for a WeatherBeeta blanket
- Stand your horse square on level ground with the head up and relaxed.
- Start the tape at the center of the chest.
- Run it straight along the side of the body, past the point of the shoulder and over the barrel, to the end of the rump. This is the body length WeatherBeeta calls measurement B.
- Read the number in inches and find it in the size chart above. The inches are your US blanket size.
- If the number falls between two sizes, choose the bigger size.

Between sizes: how to choose a WeatherBeeta blanket size
WeatherBeeta blankets come in 3-inch increments. WeatherBeeta's own advice is that a horse between sizes should take the bigger size, and that its size table is a guide only because every horse is different.
Growing horses and horses that have put on weight can outgrow a size. One rider in our reviews replaced a 72 with a 75, the next size up, after a stout six-year-old outgrew it. Measure again before you reorder an old size.

Neck covers are sized Small to X Large, not in inches. The chart gives three measurements of the cover itself: A along the top of the neck, B along the lower slope toward the chest strap, and C across the head end.
