Fly masks, fly boots and ear nets for horses
Horseware masks, fly boots and ear nets are sized by head or leg rather than in inches. Stable sheets, summer sheets and coolers from Horseware
Not every Horseware sheet is a bug sheet, and riders search for stable sheets by line name: Rambo Stable Sheet is a breathable 1000D ripstop with an anti-static, anti-bacterial embossed lining, Rambo Optimo Stable Sheet adds an adjustable front piece that prevents rubbing and a padded wither, Amigo Polyester Stable Sheet is ring-spun brushed polyester with double front closures, and Mio Stable Sheet is a breathable, not waterproof cut with a double front closure.
For summer days that are not all about flies, Amigo Summer Sheet Plus is a water-resistant, lightweight polyester ripstop that protects the coat from UV, and Rambo Optimo Supreme Summer Sheet is a polycotton with 40 percent cotton blend and 65 percent UV protection. Horseware fly sheet sizing: how to measure your horse
Horseware fly sheets are sized in inches. Horseware’s own size chart says to measure with a soft tape from the center of the chest (point A), across the shoulder, to the center of the tail (point B), then take off 4 inches and choose that size from the chart. A horse that measures 76 inches takes a size 72.
Sheets come in 3 inch steps, with a few lines offered in 2 inch steps for stock horse cuts. Hoods and neck covers are sized separately in Small, Medium, Large and X Large, so check the hood chart on the product page when you buy a hood alone. The table lists the size run for each line as Horseware offers it.

Pony, petite, stock horse and XL fly sheets
Smaller and broader horses are covered by their own cuts instead of a full-size sheet in a small size. For ponies, Amigo Pony Bug Rug and Pony Bug Rug Plus, Newmarket Pony Plus Fly Sheet and Mio Fly Rug run 45 to 69 inches, Rambo Pony Hoody runs 45 to 66, and Amigo Petite Bug Rug starts at 33 inches for petite equines. Mio Fly Rug has a fixed hood, and Rambo Pony Hoody is an integrated hood at 90 percent UV protection.
Stock horse and quarter horse types have their own proportions: Amigo Bug Rug Stock Horse Plus and Newmarket Quarter Horse Plus are cut for stock horse body types in sizes 68 to 82, and Amigo Bug Rug XL Plus is sized for wider, more broadly built horses from 69 to 90 inches. If your horse is between a full-size and an XL, the cut matters more than the number on the tag.
