Weatherbeeta Comfitec Airflow II Detach A Neck Fly Sheet
I've been buying fly sheets for many decades now and I was skeptical about this one bc the belly was a little weird. Well this is by far the best fly sheet I've ever bought. Durable, light weight and washes beautifully. The other fly sheets shredded at the inside shoulders of my big Irish Sport horse. This one held up. It also doesn't slide back like some others. I tried those other super light weight nylon/ plastic feeling sheets. The horses get filthy with them. May as well not have a sheet in at all. I'll stick with this sheet. Hopefully WeatherBeeter continues making it.

Weatherbeeta fly sheets: choosing a neck, a cut and a fabric
Weatherbeeta fly sheets are cut from Comfitec mesh, so the real choice is how much of your horse you want covered. A combo sheet has the neck attached. A detach-a-neck sheet lets you take the neck piece off when you only need body cover.
The range includes Airflow, Airstream, Essential, Zephyr, Tyro, Ripshield, Hybrid and Sweet Itch Shield sheets, plus the Dual Shield, Duo Shield and Hexi Shield sheets. Weatherbeeta lists Dual Shield and Hybrid as water resistant and Duo Shield as waterproof, and shows the fabric denier (600, 1,200 or 1,680) on each product page.
Sheet sizes run from 48 to 87 inches in 3-inch steps, so ponies and large warmbloods are both covered. The sizing table below shows the body length for each.

Weatherbeeta fly masks and ear bonnets: ears, nose and mesh
Weatherbeeta fly masks come with or without ears, with or without a nose, and in Fine Mesh, Durable Mesh and stretch fabrics. Riders split on mesh: some prefer fine mesh for airflow, while others choose Durable Mesh for horses that roll or live out.
Stretch styles such as the Stretch Fly Mask and the Bug Eye Saver sit close to the face, and the Double Dart and Luxe styles add a nose. For ears alone, the Softshell Quilted Ear Bonnet comes in black, cobalt, mist blue, red and white.
