The Salinero II features ultra grippy covered leather, XCH_ Gullet Plate system, AMS synthetic wool-flocked panels, and Velcro re-positional knee rolls.

Adjustable gullet. Comes with MW gullet plate installed. Other size gullet plates are available from Narrow thru X-Wide. (Uses PDS brand gullet plates )
