Description

This bit features pelham cheeks and a Nathe ported mouthpiece.

A pelham is a leverage bit that is used with double reins (or a single rein with converter). It acts on the tongue, poll, and lower jaw. The soft ported mouth offers tongue relief, while maintaining pressure on the sides of the mouth.

Thermoplastic is an excellent material for sensitive horses. It is anti-allergic, food safe and solvent free. Its exterior is temperature neutral and stays flexible when cold. Cheek pieces are made of high quality stainless steel.
